Late Fees Update 12/15/2025

As many of you have noticed, Switzer Water has not charged a late fee for about 12 months now. We did this as a good gesture to our water patrons because the U.S. Post Office was just having so many problems delivering our monthly bill post cards. However, since the Online Bill-Pay is up and running, and you can check your balance at any time, the Board has decided to re-instate the Late Fee once again starting January 1, 2026. Switzer Water will return to the policies that have been in place since the beginning. If you are having problems making your payments, please contact Starling Zink to make arrangements with us.
